All attendees who choose to sign up on-site are required to bring some form of Shop Identification to register (i.e. Business Card, Shop ID Card, Business License, Pay Stub, etc.)

*Contracts for space may be completed before insurance is submitted. HOWEVER, if your insurance certificates are not received 4 weeks prior to the event, additional booth fees will be applied, and your space may be forfeited to another member.

You will be issued a "passport" badge, which allows you to check out products and acts as a tool for the reps to track their equipment. Please be mindful of the limited amount of product each brand has, as well as the other attendees who will want to test that product. Each item you demo should be returned after one or two runs. This is NOT a daily rental!

Lift tickets for attendees will be $60 at the ticket window when you show your WWSRA badge.

Lodging is provided through Mammoth Mountain  with rates starting at $125 for the Mammoth Mountain Inn, $219 for Juniper Springs & $259 for a 1 bedroom condo in the Village. Please note applicable taxes and fees are subject to change at the time of your stay.

To Book Lodging and Activities thru 800-MAMMOTH:
Discounted Group activity rates will be available to guests of WWSRA staying at MMSA Lodging during this event. Individuals may call 800-MAMMOTH (1-800-626-6684) by Friday, January 19, 2024 for reservations and are subject to the deposit and cancellation policies quoted by the vacation specialist. Please reference WWSRA 2024, booking ID #34727 when booking your reservation to receive the Group Rates on Activities. After Friday, January 19, 2024 activities may be purchased at the retail rate.
