*Contracts for space may be completed before insurance is submitted. HOWEVER, if your insurance certificates are not received 4 weeks prior to the event, additional booth fees will be applied, and your space may be forfeited to another member.
Passport Security System
Details +You will be issued a "passport" badge, which allows you to check out products and acts as a tool for the reps to track their equipment. Please be mindful of the limited amount of product each brand has, as well as the other attendees who will want to test that product. Each item you demo should be returned after one or two runs. This is NOT a daily rental!
