All attendees who choose to sign up on-site are required to bring some form of Shop Identification to register (i.e. Business Card, Shop ID Card, Business License, Pay Stub, etc.)

*Contracts for space may be completed before insurance is submitted. HOWEVER, if your insurance certificates are not received 4 weeks prior to the event, additional booth fees will be applied, and your space may be forfeited to another member.

You will be issued a "passport" badge, which allows you to check out products and acts as a tool for the reps to track their equipment. Please be mindful of the limited amount of product each brand has, as well as the other attendees who will want to test that product. Each item you demo should be returned after one or two runs. This is NOT a daily rental!

Lift tickets for attendees will be $65 at the ticket window when you show your WWSRA badge.

Mammoth Lodging has many different lodges and bedroom options available for our group. To view all the options please use the online booking link provided below. We have arranged a rate room block for the full week of our event February 3-7, 2025 to allow for flexibility in travel and inclement weather.

Discounted Group activity rates will be available to guests of WWSRA staying at MMSA Lodging during this event. Individuals may call 800-MAMMOTH (1-800-626-6684) by Tuesday, January 28th, 2025 for reservations and are subject to the deposit and cancellation policies quoted by the vacation specialist. Please reference WWSRA 2025, booking ID #36159 when booking your reservation to receive the Group Rates on Activities. After Tuesday, January 28, 2025 activities may be purchased at the retail rate.
