  • On Snow Demos - January 1st 
• Cancellations for shows received prior to the Payment Deadline for that show will receive a full refund. Exhibitors who cancel after these dates forfeit their initial deposit and are responsible for the full cost of space that cannot be resold. Cancellations received within 14 days of the show forfeit the entire cost of space regardless of resell.

Due to the size of our group, and the challenges of securing small/affordable room blocks in Denver, we do not have a room block for this show.
