The building will be open to reps for early and late appointments from 8AM - 7PM Tuesday & Wednesday, and from 8AM - 3PM on Thursday.

Cancellation Policy
Details +- Contract Deadlines: Will remain in place as stated.
- Summer Shows – April 15th.
- December Show – November 1st.
- January Show – November 15th.
- On Snow Demos - January 1st.
- Cancellations for shows received prior to the Payment Deadline for that show will receive a full refund. Exhibitors who cancel after these dates forfeit their initial deposit and are responsible for the full cost of space that cannot be resold. Cancellations received within 14 days of the show forfeit the entire cost of space regardless of resell.
