Cancellation and Refund Policies for On-Snow Demo Events

Cancellation Terms:

If it looks to be a major (travel and lift operations impacted) storm during our demo, the decision regarding whether the demo will move forward will be made and communicated to all participants 3 days before the start of the demo. This sometimes is not ideal, however, WWSRA and our partner resorts agree that having a hard timeline on making a decision is best for everyone involved.

Refund Policy for Attendees:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days to all participants if WWSRA cancels the entire demo event prior to the first day of the event. If the decision is made to move forward, no refunds will be issued if we are forced to cancel due to factors that are outside of WWSRA’s control (inclement weather, road closures, resort operations, etc.). If you would like to cancel your registration for a full refund due to personal preferences, we must receive this request at least 3 days before the start of the demo.

EX: The Demo begins on Monday, February 5th at 5PM with early badge pickup.
Cancellations for personal reasons must be received by Friday, February 2 at 5PM

**WWSRA does not have any involvement with lodging or lift ticket expenses. Please contact those parties directly with questions or concerns.

Refund Policy for Exhibitors:

Refunds will be issued within 14 days to all exhibitors if WWSRA cancels the entire demo event prior to the first day of the event. If the decision is made to move forward, no refunds will be issued if we are forced to cancel due to factors that are outside of WWSRA’s control (inclement weather, road closures, Mammoth operations, etc.). If you wish to cancel your contract due to personal preferences, a full refund will be issued for cancellations made prior to the Payment Deadline. Exhibitors who cancel after these dates forfeit their initial deposit, and are responsible for the full cost of space that cannot be resold. Cancellations received within 14 days of the event forfeit the entire cost of space regardless of resell.
