• Cancellations for shows received prior to the Payment Deadline for that show will receive a full refund. Exhibitors who cancel after these dates forfeit their initial deposit and are responsible for the full cost of space that cannot be resold. Cancellations received within 14 days of the show forfeit the entire cost of space regardless of resell.

GCFG_Haynes+Buildings 1-4

Due to challenges over the years with securing room blocks in Bozeman, we will not be providing a block rate for 2025. However a quick search has shown that rates around town are currently (as of March 1) averaging abut $200 per night. Book now, book early. 

The Pavilion will have available WIFI & Buildings 1-4 have recently had a WIFI upgrade. However, if you will be dependent upon WIFI, as always we recommend that you bring a hotspot.
