To Book Lodging and Activities thru 800-MAMMOTH:

Please call 800-MAMMOTH (1-800-626-6684) before Tuesday, January 20, 2026 for reservations by referencing the group name WWSRA 2026 or Booking ID: 37125. Reservations are subject to the deposit and cancellation policies quoted online or by the vacation specialist. Please note applicable taxes and fees are subject to change at the time of your stay.

Discounted Group activity rates will be available to guests of WWSRA 2026 staying at MMSA Lodging for this program.  Individuals may call 800-MAMMOTH (1-800-626-6684) by Tuesday, January 20, 2026 for reservations and are subject to the deposit and cancellation policies quoted by the vacation specialist.  Please advise your attendees to reference WWSRA 2026, booking ID #37125 when booking their reservation to receive the Group Rates on Activities.  After Tuesday, January 20, 2026 activities may be purchased at the retail rate.

Please note that these demos are produced for buyers & their employees to experience the products you carry, or plan to carry, in your store. These are not all-day rentals! Each participant will be issued "passport" badges, with their name and different product categories shown on each. These badges are exchanged for the corresponding products for the reps to hold until you return. Please be mindful of the limited amount of product each brand has, as well as the other attendees who will want to test that product. Each item you demo should be returned after one or two runs unless other arrangements have been made with your sales rep.
