FAQ – What Are the Cancellation & Refund Policies?

If an Exhibitor Cancels

  • Cancellations received before the Payment Deadline for that show will receive a full refund.
  • Cancellations received after the Payment Deadline will forfeit the initial deposit, and the exhibitor may be responsible for the full cost of the space if it cannot be resold.
  • Cancellations within 14 days of the show will forfeit the entire cost of the space, regardless of whether the space is resold.

If WWSRA Cancels an On-Snow Demo

If a major storm is forecasted that may impact travel or resort operations, WWSRA will make a final decision about whether the demo will proceed three (3) days prior to the event start date. This timeline is agreed upon with our partner resorts to provide consistency and clarity for all participants.

  • If WWSRA cancels the entire event before it begins, full refunds will be issued within 14 days.
  • If the event moves forward as scheduled, and a cancellation becomes necessary due to factors outside of WWSRA’s control (e.g., inclement weather, road closures, or resort issues), no refunds will be issued.
  • In such cases, all decisions will be communicated directly to contracted sales reps as clearly and quickly as possible.

Important Notes

WWSRA does not manage lodging or lift ticket expenses. Please contact those providers directly for any changes or cancellations related to accommodations or mountain access.
