The Show Manager makes all booth space assignments to ensure a well-organized, efficient layout that works for exhibitors and attendees.

Here’s how it works:
- Priority-Based Assignments:
Contracts received by the show deadline are assigned based on the rep’s priority number. - Returning Exhibitors:
If you request the same booth space from a previous year, we’ll do our best to accommodate, though it’s not guaranteed. - Late Contracts:
Contracts submitted after the deadline:- Will incur a cost increase
- Will be assigned remaining space on a first-come, first-served basis
- Final Placement:
The final location of all booths is at the discretion of the Show Manager to ensure the best possible layout for the overall event. - Subletting & Shared Space:
- Exhibitors may not sublet their space.
- However, members may share space with other WWSRA members at no additional charge.
- *If you’re sharing space with another member, select “None / Exhibiting with another member” in the Booth Request section of your registration form. There is NO charge for members showing with other members, but this step will ensure that your name appears in the exhibitor list for the show.
