WWSRA events are open to qualified retail buyers only.
These are industry-specific trade events; they are not open to the general public.
Here’s what you need to know:
- Pre-registration materials are emailed in September to all verified retail shops in our database. Haven’t received anything but attended in the past? Please contact our office to confirm that your shop’s info is up to date.
- All attendees must be verified as active retail staff. We may require a business card, pay stub, tax ID, or similar documentation before issuing show credentials.
- On-Snow Demo attendees:
Any retail shop attempting on-site registration, especially if they’re not in our database or are from out of territory, must be qualified by a rep exhibiting at the demo before being allowed entry.
This policy is in place to protect our shows, our exhibitors, and their products. We know it can feel like a bit of a process, but it’s essential for security at every WWSRA event.
