We offer several membership types to serve the diverse needs of reps, agencies, and manufacturers in the winter, outdoor, and active lifestyle industries.
Please review each option carefully and apply only for the one that best matches your current role.
All memberships are non-refundable and belong to you as an individual, regardless of your current brand or agency affiliation.
Once your account has been reviewed and approved by a WWSRA staff member, you will receive an email letting you know you’re ready to sign in and start signing up for shows!
Independent Sales Rep
For 1099 individual sales representatives or agencies working as independent contractors.
- Must be a 1099 rep, not employed directly by a manufacturer
- Covers a specific territory in the Western U.S.
- Membership is non-transferable
One-time initiation fee: $500
Annual renewal fee: $250
Factory Sales Rep
For W-2 factory-employed sales reps working directly for a brand.
- Must be a W2 employee of a manufacturer
- Covers a specific Western U.S. territory
- Must hold the title of Sales Rep, Territory Rep, or Territory Account Manager
- Not available to Sales Managers, VPs, or brand owners
- Membership belongs to you, not your employer
One-time initiation fee: $750
Annual renewal fee: $250
Sales Rep Agency
For sales agencies representing multiple reps under one organization.
- Includes a Principal Member + up to 4 additional Agency Members
- Principal can be changed up to 2 times in 5 years
- Each Agency Member can be changed once per year
One-time initiation fee: $1,500
Annual renewal fee: $1,000
Associate Rep Account
A flexible entry point for new or emerging 1099 independent reps.
- For 1099 reps only
- No upfront initiation fee or annual dues
- $100 Associate Fee per show, added to booth space
- Each $100 fee contributes toward your $500 full membership
- After 5 shows, you automatically become a full member
Manufacturer Account
For distributors or up-and-coming brands without a rep force.
- Not a membership, but a way to exhibit and grow before hiring reps
- No sign-up cost or annual dues
- $500 manufacturer fee per show, added to booth space
- Meant to support business growth, not for rep recruitment

INACTIVE MEMBERSHIP STATUS
Need to pause your membership temporarily?
You can request “Inactive” status to maintain your priority number without exhibiting.
