WWSRA Show Deadlines & Important Policies

Contract Submission Deadlines (to retain priority & avoid late fees):

Preview Shows: October 15

Winter Shows: November 15

On-Snow Demos: December 15

Summer Shows: May 1

Final Balance & Cancellation Deadlines:

Preview Shows: November 15
Winter Shows: December 15
On-Snow Demos: January 15
Summer Shows: June 1

Booth Assignment & Pricing

Contracts submitted by the deadline will be assigned booth space based on the rep’s priority number.
Contracts submitted after the deadline will:
- Incur a $75 late fee per booth
- Be assigned the remaining space on a first-come, first-served basis

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations after the final balance deadline will only be eligible for a 50% refund if the space is not resold.
Cancellations made within 14 days of the show start date will receive no refund, regardless of resale.

Early Booth Breakdown Policy

Do not break down your booth early unless you’ve received prior approval from the Show Manager.
Exhibitors who leave early without notice may be subject to a $350 fine.
This policy is in place to respect neighboring exhibitors and maintain a professional, uninterrupted show environment.

Payment Processing

All final balances will be automatically billed to the credit card on file submitted with your show contract.
If you need to arrange an alternative payment method or timeline, please contact WWSRA before the billing date.
