Insurance Requirements for On-Snow Demos
To exhibit at WWSRA On-Snow Demo events, all participating brands must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) that meets the following criteria.
Due Dates
- All January & February Demos: COIs due by January 1
- Loveland Shop Employee Demo: COIs due by November 1
- Note: You may submit your show contract before submitting your insurance. However, if COIs are not received by the deadline, late fees will apply, and your space may be reassigned to another member.

Required Description of Services Language:
Please include only the applicable events from the list below in the “Description of Services” section of your COI:
- WWSRA and Loveland Ski Area are additionally insured for the 2025 & 2026 WWSRA On-Snow Demos
- WWSRA and Brighton Resort LLC, Boyne USA Inc & Affiliates are additionally insured for the 2026 WWSRA On-Snow Demo
- WWSRA and Mission Ridge Ski Area are additionally insured for the 2026 WWSRA On-Snow Demo
- WWSRA and Mammoth Mountain Resort are additionally insured for the 2026 WWSRA On-Snow Demo

Required Liability Insurance Limits:
- $2,000,000 General Aggregate Limit (Other than Products-Completed Operations)
- $1,000,000 Bodily Injury & Property Damage Liability (Per Occurrence)
Automobile Insurance (if applicable):
If you plan to have a vehicle inside your booth during the demo (excluding setup/teardown):
- $1,000,000 Combined Single Limit per Accident
Multiple Brands Policy:
If you are exhibiting more than one brand, you must submit a separate COI for each brand before your contract will be approved.
