WWSRA values the contributions of assistants and future reps at our events. To maintain clear records and support professional growth within the industry, the following guidelines apply:
Assistants
- All non-member assistants must be registered with WWSRA before attending a show.
- After attending 6 shows, assistants are required to either:
- Be added as a Tech Rep on the contract, or
- Join WWSRA as an Associate or Active Member
Tech Reps
- Tech Reps add a $25 fee to the exhibitor’s show contract
- This amount accrues toward the assistant’s future WWSRA membership
- A great way to invest in the next generation of reps!
Associates
- Assistants may choose to pay a $100 Associate Fee instead of registering as an assistant
- This fee counts toward their full membership (non-transferable)
- A good option for assistants who plan to become active reps
