Cancellation Terms
If a major storm is forecasted that could impact travel or resort operations, WWSRA will make a final decision about whether the demo will proceed three (3) days prior to the event start date.
We understand this isn’t always ideal, but this timeline is agreed upon with our partner resorts to provide the most fair and consistent process for everyone involved.
Refund Policy
If WWSRA cancels the entire demo event before it begins, full refunds will be issued within 14 days to all registered participants.
If the event moves forward as planned, no refunds will be issued — even if conditions change — due to factors outside WWSRA’s control (weather, road closures, resort operations, etc.).
If you choose to cancel for personal reasons, you must submit your request at least 3 days before the start of the demo to receive a full refund.
Example: If the demo begins Monday, February 5 at 5PM, you must cancel by Friday, February 2 at 5PM to be eligible for a refund.

WWSRA is not involved in lodging or lift ticket bookings.
