Lodging
We work with the Placer Valley Tourism organization for our shows in Roseville. They have created a hotel link that searches all Placer County hotels for our show days. When using the link below or booking local hotels, please mention WWSRA upon booking to ensure that our group gets credit for any lodging booked. Thank you for supporting your regional shows!

Food Service
Coffee and food trucks will be parked directly outside of the venue for our group during the show.
Booth Cost
Booth space is $560 per 10×10 and only available in 10×10 (100 sq. ft.) increments. Price will increase by $75 per 10×10 after the exhibitor registration deadline.

Rep MEETING
A brief rep meeting will be held on the first day of the show at 6 PM in the show lobby. Please plan on attending to help make decisions for the future of this show.
Move-In/Move-Out Info
Move-In:
Monday, June 1, 2026 | 11AM – 6PM
Pick up show credentials and register additional Assistants/Associates/Principals at the registration desk.
Move-Out:
Thursday, June 4, 2026 | 3PM – 8PM
No breaking down before 3PM!
Please respect your neighbors and retailers who are still working.
Exhibitors must clear the building that evening.

Shipments can arrive at the Roebbelen Center ON Monday, June 1st.
