**Lift Tickets & Liability Forms**
Lift tickets for attendees will be $50 per day at the Loveland ticket window with your WWSRA voucher.
Vouchers and badges will only be issued to attendees who have registered, paid, and completed liability forms for the event. Forms will be submitted via email to each individual attendee. If you do not receive these before the demo, please contact us at info@wwsra.com. These can also be signed on-site but could lose you time on the mountain due to long lines – get this done early and get on the hill!
Passport System
Please note that these demos are produced for buyers & their employees to experience the products you carry, or plan to carry, in your store. These are not all-day rentals! Each participant will be issued “passport” badges, with their name and different product categories shown on each. These badges are exchanged for the corresponding products for the reps to hold until you return. Please be mindful of the limited amount of product each brand has, as well as the other attendees who will want to test that product. Each item you demo should be returned after one or two runs unless other arrangements have been made with your sales rep.
Lodging
Due to the regional nature of this demo and the challenges of securing small/affordable room blocks, we do not have a room block arranged for this event.

Food Service
Coffee will be available in the Lower Ridge Room during Badge Pick-up in the morning. You will also receive vouchers for a free beer/soda and brat compliments of your sales reps and WWSRA. These will be available from 11am – 1pm in the Rathskeller.
Booth Cost
Tent spaces are $525 per space and are sold in 10×30′ increments. Spaces will increase by $75 per 10×30 after the deadline.
*If you plan to work out of your vehicle during the demo, you must contract enough space to accommodate this AND your tent.
INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Contracts for space may be completed before insurance is submitted. HOWEVER, if your certificates of insurance are not received at least 3 weeks before the event, additional booth fees will be applied, and your space may be forfeited to another member. Examples of these certificates and instructions for submission can be found HERE and in your account portal.
Passport System
For your protection, WWSRA uses a passport system at our on-snow demos. Each participant will be issued “passport” badges, with their name and different product categories shown on each card. Badges are only given to participants who have completed the forms that protect you in the event of an accident.
Please note that these demos are produced for buyers & their employees to experience the products they carry, or plan to carry, in their store. They have all been advised that these are not all-day rentals and that the product should be returned after one or two runs, and that you have full discretion to deny anyone who wants to test your fleet.
Move-In/Move-Out Info
Move In/ Move Out information will be provided via email to the contracting rep.
