Passport Security System
You will be issued a "passport" badge, which allows you to check out products and acts as a tool for the reps to track their equipment.
Pre-register online through January 31, for just $20 per person -- save time and money!
The registration fee on-site is $50 per person
. You must bring some form of Shop Identification to register at the demo (i.e. Business Card, Shop ID Card, Business License, Pay Stub, etc.). General Liability Form (Skiers & Snowboarders) & DIN Form (Skiers ONLY) must be completed via the
My On Snow Demo Liability
website in order to complete registration for the event.
On-site registration will take place in the Huntington Room of Earls Lodge (Main Day Lodge at the Base of the Mountain). There will be signs in the lodge directing attendees to where the registration room is located.
Ticket Sales will take place at the Ticket Desk located right outside of the Huntington Room. WWSRA Attendees will need to show their badges in order to receive the discounted lift ticket rate. Please come to the Huntington Room to receive your credentials BEFORE
attempting to purchase your lift tickets to avoid having to wait in line twice.
Access to the Demo Area is available by loading the Little Cat Lift just outside of Earls Lodge. The chair lift will off load directly at the demo area. Snowbasin will allow foot access onto the Little Cat Lift for all WWSRA attendees.
Pre-registration is $20 while on-site registration will be $50 per person
Avoid waiting in long lines to register on-site! Get on the snow as quickly as possible and register in advance!!
Why should you attend?
Test products at the demo that you researched at your regional buying shows. The demo is a great opportunity for qualified buyers and owners to get a FEEL for next year's products.
Parking is being offered to WWSRA attendees in Lot A, the main parking lot of Snowbasin. Lot A is the closest parking area to the lodge and base area. Attendees will need to inform the parking staff that they are with WWSRA to park in this area. No credentials or ID required.

Tuesday, February 19
5PM - 8PM Retail Registration, The Sonora Grill
Join us the night before the event to pick up your credentials and go straight to the chairlift in the morning! If you have additional attendees to add we will be charging only $25 here. After this, prices increase to $50 per person!
Please note that any attendees you would like to add will need to have their liability forms completed via the myonsnowdemoliability
website before you will be able to pay for them.
