Certificates of Insurance
COI REQUIRED BY: November 15, 2018
This step must be completed before contracts can be submitted for any WWSRA on-snow demo!
If you believe that all of your insurance has already been submitted, you likely have another brand (even one you do not bring to the demos) holding you up. Please contact Katie@wwsra.com to clear this hold. Thank you.
All insurance documents and questions should be sent directly to Katie@wwsra.com
. If everything is correct, you will receive an email notifying you that your account has been opened and you may sign up for the demos. If you do not get this email within 24 hours, please email Katie as you may have another brand keeping your account on hold.
If you are planning to exhibit at any of the on-snow demos this season, you must first provide valid certificates of insurance before you will be granted access to the booth space contract. All demos require that every brand provide insurance certificates naming WWSRA as the certificate holder - this one certificate covers your brand for all the demos we produce. If you are planning to exhibit in the National Demo at Copper Mountain, you will also
need to provide a certificate naming SIA as the certificate holder, and another naming Copper Mountain, LLC as the holder.
Below are the full details of what minimum limits are required to participate this season. Please note that if you have more than one brand to exhibit at the event, you will need to provide insurance for EACH brand before your account will be unlocked for contracting space.
The best/easiest way to get these done is by forwarding the requirements below, as well as the sample certificates, on to your insurance broker, or to the person within your company who handles these policies. Any questions can be directed towards Katie@wwsra.com. Please do NOT contact the resorts, SIA or OR with questions as they will not be able to assist.
Please click below to download PDF examples of exactly what each certificate should look like. Certificate holder info, policy limits and Description of Operations langauge on each will need to be higher than, or match exactly, what is shown on each.
If your brand is NOT attending the National Demo at Copper
Only the Certificate of Insurance naming WWSRA as the certificate holder will be required to cover your brand for all the events we produce. Please click HERE to download the sample COI for only WWSRA. Please note that the Certificate Holder info, policy limits and Description of Operations language on each will need to be higher than, or match exactly, what is shown on this PDF.
