All attendees who choose to sign up on-site are required to bring some form of Shop Identification to register (i.e. Business Card, Shop ID Card, Business License, Pay Stub, etc.)

Registration Deadline: October 15

Demo Space Balance Due: November 1

• Government Shutdown: This includes shutdowns on the local, state or federal level. Full refunds will be issued.
• Exhibitor Becoming Sick or Exposed: This will be handled on a case-by-case basis, by contacting WWSRA. 

You will be issued a "passport" badge, which allows you to check out products and acts as a tool for the reps to track their equipment. Please be mindful of the limited amount of product each brand has, as well as the other attendees who will want to test that product. Each item you demo should be returned after one or two runs. This is NOT a daily rental!

Lift tickets for attendees will be $30 at the ticket window when you show your WWSRA badge.
